Your primary responsibilities will include handling various telephonic inquiries, preparing calling data, demonstrating excellent convincing power, converting cold calls into hot leads, showcasing in-depth knowledge about the courses offered by the institute, conducting proper follow-ups, managing work pressure efficiently, and working diligently to meet targets. Additionally, timely reporting of your activities is essential. To excel in this role, you should be result-oriented, capable of working effectively under pressure to achieve desired outcomes. Proficiency in spoken and written English and the local language is mandatory.
