• We are a leading dealer of automobile care products seeking a highly personable and proactive female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Sector-9, Ambala City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• * Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• * Proactively reach out to existing customers to build rapport and identify their needs.
• * Manage customer databases and ensure accurate recording of interactions and preferences.
• * Educate customers about our range of automobile care products and services.
• * Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• * Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
• * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• * Organize and manage customer loyalty programs and promotional activities.
• * Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

• * Graduate degree in any discipline.
• * Proven experience in a customer service or customer relationship management role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
• * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• * Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.
• * Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
• * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• * Knowledge of automobile care products is a plus.
• * Female candidates preferred.
