Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to manage and enhance the customer experience from booking to possession. The role involves client communication, documentation handling, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers post-booking.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment schedules, documentation, and project updates.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, issues, and requests.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Coordinate between the sales team and customers for seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Assist in managing customer databases, lead status, and feedback collection.
  • Update and manage CRM software with all client interactions and activities.

Documentation & Agreements:

  • Manage agreement processing – sale deeds, allotment letters, payment receipts, and other formalities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for document review and approvals.

Payment Follow-ups:

  • Track customer payment schedules and send timely reminders for due/overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, receipts, and payment updates.

Handover & Possession Process:

  • Coordinate possession formalities, handover kits, and ensure customer satisfaction at the time of property handover.
  • Collect feedback and suggestions for service improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation and payment processes
  • Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for managerial roles)
  • Prior experience in real estate CRM is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
