Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Roop Nikhar Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a leading wholesaler of sarees, suits, lehengas, and kurtis based in Jaipur. We are dedicated to providing the latest fashion trends to our customers across India.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)—Male Candidates Only—to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Only candidates with experience in the same textile/garment industry should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily communication with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product suggestions and solutions.
• Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on inquiries.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Keep updated on the latest trends and collections in sarees, suits, lehengas, and kurtis.
• Work proactively to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements:

• Only Male Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in the Textile/Garment/Apparel industry will be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ethnic wear products like sarees, suits, lehengas, kurtis, etc.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented approach.

Additional Details:

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Note:

• This position is strictly for male candidates as per the job role requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
