Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally, regarding products, services, and issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: May assist in generating leads and providing information about products and services.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer databases and records.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to appropriate personnel.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Pay: ₹9,648.92 - ₹29,733.73 per month
