Job Description

We are looking for a smart and organized Client Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between clients and our internal design team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proactive, and handle client interactions professionally. Responsibilities: Manage all client communication over WhatsApp, calls, and in-person Update clients on meeting schedules, work progress, and material selection Coordinate with internal design and execution teams for updates Prepare & Share quotations, clarify client queries, and maintain follow-ups Handle client documentation, payment updates, and appointment scheduling Ensure timely updates and resolution of client concerns Maintain high customer satisfaction and client retention Requirements: Good verbal & written communication (Hindi/Marathi/English) Strong coordination & multitasking skills Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Experience in interior/real estate/service industry preferred Calm, polite, and solution-oriented approach Location: Ravet, Pune Work Days: Monday to Saturday Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: Based on experience and skillset
