The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
Responsibilities include
managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, improving retention, resolving client issues, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
The candidate must have
strong communication and problem-solving skills, be comfortable using CRM tools and Excel, and work well with cross-functional teams.
Experience in B2B/B2C environments
and fluency in Hindi and English are essential
