Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations & Support Executive to manage customer interactions, operational documentation, and AMC/O&M payment follow-ups. The role requires close coordination with customers, site teams, OEMs, and internal departments to ensure timely reporting, documentation compliance, and effective query resolution.

Hindi communication (spoken) is mandatory for this role. The candidate should be willing to learn technical and non-technical aspects of operations and work effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions related to operations, services, payments, and documentation
  • Follow up on AMC, O&M, shared service, and other service payments
  • Prepare and maintain operational, insurance, and compliance-related documentation
  • Coordinate with site teams, OEMs, logistics partners, and internal departments for data collection and issue resolution
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports (MIS, PSS, performance, LD, payment tracking)
  • Issue invoices and proforma bills and update bank receipt records
  • Handle technical and accounts-related customer queries and escalate issues to appropriate teams
  • Maintain internal trackers for customer interaction, payments, breakdowns, and restorations
  • Support preparation of technical reports, insurance documents, and RCA documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all reports and customer deliverables
  • Monitor communication and ensure adherence to processes and documentation standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Functional Skills (Mandatory):

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, dashboards)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and documentation management
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and operational coordination
  • Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience in CRM or customer handling preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and

    Hindi Must.
