  • Ensure a personalized experience for high-value and repeat customers.

2. Relationship Management

  • Keep track of loyal customers preferences, anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions.

3. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Support the sales team by ensuring smooth billing, order processing, and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after sales/service to ensure satisfaction.

4. Brand Representation

  • Uphold the brands image through professional grooming, etiquette, and communication.
  • Handle VIP customers and ensure exclusive service standards.
