Profile: Customer Renewal Management

We have a strong network of 250 test center associates across 100+ cities and a clientele of 2000+ organizations in India and internationally, including Aakash Educational Services, Made Easy, ALLEN, DMRC, TOI, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high standards of customer service to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

2. Independently manage and own the entire customer account.

3.Engage with prospects from initial contact to qualification via phone or virtual communications.

4. Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions virtually or in person.

5. Drive revenue through prospect renewals, upselling, and converting leads to successful sales.

6. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and pipeline contribution goals.

7. Respond promptly to assigned accounts and maintain strong follow-ups.

8. Work efficiently towards weekly and monthly performance metrics.

9.Become an expert in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure accurate data updates.

10. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and ensure customer retention.

11. Provide effective first-contact resolution to customer inquiries.

12. Travel as per business requirements for client meetings, demos, and relationship management.

Requirements:

1. 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or selling cloud-based SaaS products/services (mandatory).

2. Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

3. Strong fluency in oral and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

4. High enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.

5. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.

6. Good understanding of CRM systems and general sales best practices.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

8. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

9. Good negotiation, pitching, and persuasive communication skills.

10. Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.

11. Multi-disciplinary approach with a continuous learning mindset.

12. Strong customer focus with confidence and strong convincing abilities.

13. This is a target-based role.
