Roles & Responsibilities: 📞 Lead Handling & Follow-ups Call potential leads and explain Nestsync's interior design services clearly. Follow up with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain regular communication with prospective clients and guide them through our service process. 📝 CRM & Database Management Update lead status daily in CRM or Google Sheets. Maintain an accurate and structured record of all client interactions. Coordinate with sales/design team for further conversion. 📅 Appointment Scheduling Schedule meetings/site visits for senior design consultants. Remind clients and team about scheduled appointments. 💬 Client Support Answer queries politely and professionally. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Share brochures, pricing, and process details. 🎯 Target-Oriented Work towards monthly call and conversion targets. Ensure lead conversion by keeping follow-ups consistent.
