Job Summary
We need a female candidate (around 30 years old) for managing customer relationships for our wedding catering business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle Customer Queries: Respond to calls/emails regarding wedding catering services.
2. Follow-ups: Track clients from booking to event completion.
3. Coordinate Catering: Work with internal teams for smooth delivery.
4. Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Feedback Collection: Get client feedback post-event.
6. Reporting: Provide updates on customer interactions as needed.
Technical Comfort
1. CRM Tools: Comfortable using CRM software for tracking interactions.
2. Office Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Email & Communication Tools: Good with email and phone communication.
Requirements
1. Experience: 3 years in customer service.
2. Location: Live within 2-3 km of office.
3. Age: Female, around 30 years.
4. Communication: Good communication skills.
5. Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
