Customer Relationship Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary role will be to generate leads for ILSCV deals through interactions with DSE or through channel partners/open market. You will also be responsible for end-to-end customer relationship management, which includes explaining product offerings, resolving sales queries, and cross-selling product offerings to customers. Additionally, educating customers with information to build their understanding of issues and capabilities will be a key aspect of your role. Going beyond your day-to-day work to assist customers in a positive manner is highly encouraged. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads for ILSCV deals through interactions with DSE or through channel partners/open market. - Manage end-to-end customer relationships by explaining product offerings, resolving sales queries, and cross-selling product offerings. - Educate customers with information to build their understanding of issues and capabilities. - Assist customers in a positive manner beyond day-to-day work. - Maintain relationships with assigned dealers. - Collect all pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and perform accurate data entries (RSPM, SAGE, etc.). - Interact with operations and credit team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage customer relationships effectively. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Prior experience in lead generation and customer relationship management would be advantageous. - Familiarity with loan processing procedures is a plus.,
