Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for generating leads for ILSCV deals by interacting with DSE or through channel partners/open market. Additionally, you will be handling end-to-end customer relationship management, which includes explaining product offerings, resolving sales queries, cross-selling products, and educating customers to build their understanding of issues and capabilities. You will also go beyond your day-to-day work to assist customers in a positive manner. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with assigned dealers, collecting all pre-sanction and post-sanction documents, and performing accurate data entries (RSPM, SAGE etc) for deal processing. Furthermore, you will need to interact with operations and credit team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in lead generation and customer relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage dealer relationships - Proficiency in collecting and processing documents accurately - Experience in stakeholder management and coordination with internal teams (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description),
