Customer Relationship Executive

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients and our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and account management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerized systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support client needs and enhance customer relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in computer systems for data entry and record management.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
