Job Title: Customer Relation Executive Location: Edappal Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Company: Sterling Study Abroad Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Executive at our Edappal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, prompt communication, and effective coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and phone/email inquiries. Provide accurate information about our study abroad programs and services. Assist students and parents by understanding their needs and guiding them accordingly. Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Schedule appointments and coordinate with academic counselors for further processing. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Support marketing activities like events, seminars, and social media promotions when required. Ensure a welcoming and professional front-office environment at all times. Collect feedback from students to improve service quality. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer service or front-office roles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
