As a Luxury Watch Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in a boutique setting, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing your expertise in luxury watch collections. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Engagement: You will greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment in the boutique. By actively listening to their needs and preferences, you will offer personalized assistance to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features, will be essential. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry is also crucial. Sales and Consultation: Guiding clients through the selection process, you will provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to their preferences. Your goal will be to assist clients in making well-informed decisions to help them find the perfect timepiece. Customer Relationship Management: You will maintain a database of client information and preferences to nurture long-term relationships. Following up with clients and providing after-sales support, such as servicing and maintenance advice, will be part of your role. Visual Merchandising: Assisting in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique environment, you will ensure that watches are displayed attractively and in an organized manner to enhance the overall shopping experience. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and effectively communicating product availability to clients will be essential to support sales and customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: You will be expected to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction to drive business growth. Compliance: Adhering to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and compliance with industry regulations, is crucial to maintaining the boutique's reputation and integrity. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field, along with 2-7 years of experience in luxury retail sales, specifically in high-end fashion or luxury watches. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury fashion and watches, and strong customer service orientation are also important qualifications. Additionally, you should possess attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
