Responsibilities As a Customer Relationship Executive (Voice Process) , you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing key accounts. The role demands strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on outbound calling and lead conversion . Key Responsibilities includes: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Scott International's offerings Identify and convert leads into long-term customers Act as the Key Account Incharge for onboarded clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sample orders with professionalism Build trust and rapport with new clients through consistent follow-ups Maintain updated records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM Prepare weekly acquisition and client engagement reports Desired profile of the candidate Gender : Female candidates preferred Education : Graduate in any discipline Experience : 2-3 years in customer service, telecalling, inside sales, or voice process roles Excellent spoken English; Hindi and regional language proficiency is a plus Strong convincing and follow-up skills Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM software Ability to multitask, meet targets, and handle pressure with confidence Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-driven Customer-first mindset Ability to handle objections and turn leads into clients Polite, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette Required Skill Set Basic Computers, Ms Word, Excel Proficiency in local language(s) Hindi and English.
