Customer Relationship Executive

You will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities through various channels and following up with warm leads. Your main focus will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to financial planning, investment options, documentation, assisting with transfers, goal mapping, and performance review against client goals. Using a customer-focused approach, you will educate customers about investment options through IAPs at corporates and Hum Aapke Dawar sessions for HNI and UHNI clients. You will also be required to conduct internal and client-facing status meetings and updates to report on performance, address any issues, and drive continuous improvement. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project and client documentation will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to plan and facilitate client-planning sessions to ensure all contractual obligations are met and that the performance of clients" portfolios align with their expectations. Building strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication throughout the client life cycle will be crucial for success in this role.
