Additionally, you will mentor and train junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or a similar role in the banking industry. A proven track record of managing and retaining high net worth clients, in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential, and relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA will be considered an asset.
