Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the real estate/building sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office. Act as the primary liaison between the builder and the customer, ensuring a smooth communication flow. Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, construction, legal, and finance to provide updates and solutions to customers. Schedule and manage site visits, handovers, and documentation processes. Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and feedback. Ensure timely communication of payment schedules, possession timelines, and project updates. Assist in managing customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements. Support the CRM team in improving service quality and building long-term customer loyalty.
