Customer Relationship Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to sales performance and sales goals for the allocated territory
• Develop key relationships with new & existing investors to drive new business and keep them up to date.
• Analyse, evaluate, and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each client.
• Coordinate with the operations team and assist clients in their investment journey.
• Actively assist and support marketing activities by working on events, summits, etc.
• Remain current on all aspects of the Alternative Investment industry and emerging products in this space.
• Proven track record in sales, especially in the financial services sector.
• Sound technical financial services knowledge
• Basic understanding of alternative investment products and ability to grasp new concepts and processes quickly
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills (project plans, presentations, data mining, analysis)
• Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory. Fluency in Hindi is preferred and additional languages would be a further asset.

Qualifications: -

• Minimum Fresher to 2 year experience as a customer relationship executive or any sales-related position in financial services (especially selling PMS- Portfolio Management Scheme and AIF- Alternative investment funds
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Law, or Economics (Bachelors or Master’s degree)
