Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to gold loan, debentures, life insurance, and other financial products. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products or services to existing customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry (preferably). Strong understanding of Gold Loan, and other financial products. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) and basic computer literacy required.
