Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for a Customer Relationship Executive. The position involves managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining effective communication with clients, and supporting business relationship initiatives. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate ideas clearly
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address customer concerns
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer literacy is advantageous
