Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, handling post-sales coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle client inquiries, project updates, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams for timely updates.
Manage customer databases and follow up on payments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer relations or CRM (preferably in real estate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
