Customer Relationship Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating with internal team members, overseeing their work, and acting as a key point of contact for influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team members to ensure digital marketing tasks and campaigns are completed on schedule and run smoothly.
• Review the team’s outputs for quality, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance campaign outreach.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and websites.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing materials.
• Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple team members effectively.
• Experience in web content creation and social audience development.
• Expertise in using social media platforms effectively.
• Understanding of best practices in search, social media, and email marketing, including the content and approaches suitable for each.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with solid digital marketing expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
