Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • * Follow up on payments, collect outstanding amounts, and recover overdue payments.
  • * Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues that may arise during the post-sales period.
  • * Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
