Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Follow up on payments, collect outstanding amounts, and recover overdue payments.
* Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues that may arise during the post-sales period.
* Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
