Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing customer relationships within the construction or building materials industry, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Understand client needs, address queries, and ensure timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Execution, Accounts) to ensure smooth project flow and client satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, feedback, and project updates.
Manage customer follow-ups, appointments, and documentation as required.
Prepare and share project status reports with clients.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly.
Support the sales and operations teams in improving customer experience.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
