Responsibilities
Customer communication and support:
Greet customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.Provide information about products or services, assisting customers with selections and suggestions.Manage customer interactions through phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Relationship management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers.Act as a key point of contact for customer needs and concerns.Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.Problem-solving and issue resolution:Resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems, sometimes escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.Analyze customer concerns to provide workable solutions and meet expectations.Administrative and reporting duties:Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, lead conversion, and sales support activities.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve the overall customer experience.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, support ticket tools, email, and other relevant platforms.
Must be Good communication skills,Excel knowledge.
