Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client communication, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the execution of digital marketing and advertising campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client business goals, campaign requirements, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing, creative, performance, and content teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Handle client queries, feedback, escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
• Create and share campaign reports, performance insights, and improvements with clients.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure all communication is documented.
• Upsell and cross-sell company services when relevant.
• Support account managers in presentations, proposals, and renewal discussions.
• Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback for product/service improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or related field
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, CRM, or digital marketing (preferred)Strong written & verbal communication skillsGood understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage deadlinesProactive attitude with problem-solving skills
