Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive & Cashier Location: Rohtak (On-site) Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly individual to join our outlet in Rohtak. This hybrid role includes responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive and a Cashier—ideal for someone who is both people-oriented and detail-driven. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Executive Duties: Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional attitude. Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries. Manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Maintain customer database and assist in customer retention initiatives. Cashier Duties: Handle billing and cash/card transactions with accuracy and transparency. Maintain the cash register, generate daily sales reports, and reconcile cash. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth billing and customer handovers. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or cashier roles. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Polite, punctual, and responsible with a customer-first attitude.
