Job Description

As a customer support representative at our company, you will excel in meeting customers" expectations by answering questions on products and services, as well as efficiently processing orders. Your primary responsibilities will include generating sales leads, managing incoming calls, building strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints effectively, and following up on resolutions. You will also be expected to identify customers" needs, meet sales objectives, and adhere to procedures and policies. To qualify for this role, we prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service within the Wellness/Aesthetic Industry. You should possess strong telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Excel. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial for success in this position.
