Job Description
  • Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to queries and workings of the Nielsen measurement application

  • The specialist will work with the tech team/Engineering support team and product development team and will be part of the Panel Operations Management
  • Will be directly reporting to the panel manager
  • First point of contact for the user on emails

  • Will need to coordinate with the tele-calling supervisor

  • Coordinating with partners (internal and external) for smooth panel operations such as recruitment, incentive, etc

  • Raising PO & invoice submission in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports & supporting documents for panel operations as per the panel managers request
    Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Must know to use Google spreadsheets
  • General awareness and workings of mobile apps
  • Experience in email management and customer respo
