Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and CRM system.
Maintain and update records on Salesforce/CRM tools.
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
Ensure smooth handling of customer documentation.
Track and share weekly/monthly reports on leads, visits, and closures.
Support in enhancing customer experience through timely engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior exposure to customer handling/CRM systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
