This role is 100% office-based with no field sales or travel involved. Key Responsibilities Attend walk-in customers at the shop and explain EV battery and solar inverter products Understand customer needs and recommend suitable battery / inverter solutions Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and close sales Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone and WhatsApp Explain pricing, warranty, basic technical features, and offers in simple language Generate bills / quotations and coordinate order confirmation Maintain basic customer records and daily sales reports Support repeat sales and build long-term customer relationships Products Handled EV Batteries (2-wheeler / inverter / storage batteries) Solar Inverters (Off-grid / Hybrid / On-grid – basic explanation) Skills & Requirements Good communication skills in local language + basic English Basic understanding of sales and customer handling Willingness to learn EV battery and solar products Comfortable with phone calling and walk-in sales Basic computer skills (billing, WhatsApp, Excel – preferred) Experience 0–3 years in inside sales / shop sales / tele sales Experience in battery, inverter, solar, electrical, or electronics shop is a plus Salary & Incentives Fixed salary + sales incentives Performance-based bonuses Ideal Candidate Profile Friendly, patient, and sales-oriented Comfortable explaining products to retail customers Interested in EV & solar industry ---
