Customer Relations Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at YBK Industries Private Limited (Syrex Batteries), you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing customer relationships for our high-performance Inverter and Lithium batteries. With a minimum of 3 years of experience and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and supporting business growth through effective communication and service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements effectively. Additionally, you will monitor client satisfaction, suggest process improvements, and provide regular reports to management on customer feedback and engagement metrics. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree and have proven experience in a CRM role or similar customer-facing position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite is required, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, along with a customer-centric approach and strong coordination skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview. The position is open to female candidates who can work from the office in Hisar, Haryana, with the flexibility of working from home for most days and only visiting the company for 2 days.
