Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting wines, spirits, and beers based on their preferences and requirements.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of various brands, product categories, and promotions to provide professional recommendations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a customer-first approach.
Manage billing, cash/UPI/card transactions, and ensure accuracy at the POS counter.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and ensure compliance with legal requirements for liquor retail.
Organize and assist in in-store promotions, tastings, and events.
Build long-term customer relationships by maintaining a high level of service.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 13 years of experience in retail, preferably in liquor/wine/beer outlets or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages (brands, categories, and trends).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally in a busy retail environment.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
Must meet legal age requirements for handling and selling alcohol.

Education:

Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
