  • Addressing Customer concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle delivery, service appointments, and other relevant information.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
  • Gathering customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the dealership's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Effectively handling customer complaints and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
