Customer Relations Executive

COSMETIQ HOSPITAL is hiring motivated and friendly individuals for the position of Customer Relations Executive / Telecaller at our Trivandrum branch.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Handle inbound inquiries from patients and customers
• Provide accurate information about treatments and services
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, call logs, etc.)
• Positive attitude, patience, and good listening skills
• Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any field
• Freshers welcome, training will be provided

Working Hours:

• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 6 Days a Week
