About the Role

full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients professionally across platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, email)

• Address and resolve client queries and feedback in a timely manner

• Ensure a seamless and consistent end-to-end client experience

• Maintain customer data and generate basic client service reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in client relations, customer service, or communication roles

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and within a team

• Prior experience in the jewellery or luxury sector is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
