Customer Relation Executive

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Oncure. The primary role is to assist patients throughout their visit to our health centre, ensuring a seamless, hospitable, and comforting experience from arrival to departure. This includes guiding them through billing, directing them to doctors, assisting in consultations, and providing comprehensive care during full-body check-ups. Proficiency in phlebotomy, vaccinations, and injections is highly desirable. - Education: ANM/GNM/MLT/DMLT/ Hospital Administration/Hotel Management/ Any Bachelor's degree - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to provide empathetic and patient-centered care, with an emphasis on hospitality. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. - Smartness and Professionalism: Present a smart and professional demeanor, focusing on patient satisfaction and care quality. - Hospitality Mindset: A strong commitment to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.
