Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle customer queries and service-related calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
* Attend inbound and outbound customer calls
* Provide accurate product/service information to customers
* Maintain customer records using Excel
* Coordinate with the service team for timely resolutions
* Follow up with customers for feedback and service completion
* Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements :
* Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
* Basic computer & Excel skills
* Good communication and customer handling ability
* Fresher/Experienced can apply
