As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a clear understanding of the product/service details to effectively communicate with potential clients. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from potential clients, addressing any concerns or issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. It will be essential for you to follow up on initial contacts and build a pipeline of prospective leads.
