CTC Range: Up to ?3.79 LPA (based on last drawn salary)
Net In-hand: Up to ?27,000 per month (based on last drawn salary)
Insurance: Health Insurance up to 4 Lakhs after 1 year can add Family members
Shifts: Fixed 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs)
Incentives: Unlimited incentives based on sales performance
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers for various General Insurance products.
Understand customer needs and clearly explain product features, benefits, and premiums.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain high-quality call standards, communication clarity, and customer handling etiquette.
Conduct requirement gathering, overcome customer objections, and close sales.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company processes.
Participate in mock calls, refresher training, and performance feedback sessions.
