Role Overview:
We’re seeking Customer Relationship Executives to handle post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams — ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions.
• Handle follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates.
• Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections.
• Maintain CRM reports and daily activity logs accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.
• Language: Fluency in English (mandatory) and Tamil or Hindi (must).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
