Job Description

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Maintain accurate customer records and update Odoo systems
Support billing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
Promote ongoing offers, services, and packages to customers when required
