Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests courteously at the counter or sales area.
  • Explain various ticket types, packages, memberships, and offers.
  • Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
  • Promote Playaza events, loyalty programs, and merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
  • Support customer queries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer relations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare basic sales and collection reports.
  • Follow all company policies, safety, and service standards.

Skills Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (preferred).
