Job title: Customer Relations Associate

Location: Kanjirappally

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to support students and parents with information related to overseas education services. This role includes handling inquiries, guiding students through initial processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in students and parents with information related to study-abroad services.
• Respond to inquiries through calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with counsellors and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Support students with basic documentation, form filling, and general queries

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Freshers or candidates with experience in customer service/front office/education sector are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
