The Role:

• Deliver Quality product to the customer
• Maintain Quality standards
• Enhances internal awareness of customer expectations and quality performance metrics across departments.
• Supports cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence of defects through proactive risk analysis (FMEA, Control Plan updates).
• Drives continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback and converting it into actionable improvements in product and process quality.
• Reduces customer complaints and PPM levels, directly contributing to improved product reliability and brand reputation.
