Customer Operations Specialist/Project Manager

Role Overview: As a skilled Project Manager at SolarWinds, you will join the Customer Operations PMO team to oversee and deliver projects for Support, Customer Success, and Services groups globally. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, engaging with stakeholders to define project scope, preparing project documentation, collaborating with implementation teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met. - Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and manage expectations. - Accountable for project documentation including project plans, charters, requirements specifications, and test documents. - Collaborate with implementation teams on solution design and testing. - Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing. - Prepare training materials and document new processes. - Conclude projects by ensuring the expected benefits are delivered to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of project management experience. - Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner. - Fluency in spoken and written English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management abilities. - Proficiency in working independently and within a team environment across geographical boundaries. - Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a commitment to project delivery. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. - Confidence in preparing presentations, proposing solutions, and driving decisions. - Capability to handle multiple projects and assignments. - Desirable: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA.
